Directions included using the stakes that came with this small light-weight bounce house. This person did nothing wrong in setting it up except it should have never been set up outside! These small, nylon, or light-weight vinyl bounce houses are not the traditional commercial quality bounce houses thus the major difference in size, quality, vinyl, structure, stakes, and professionals to keep an eye on all. Weather is a factor, who is watching the weather report? Toys are not Commercial Rides. Accidents do happen but this was a lightweight toy that when taking flight had nothing holding it back but nylon!
